At Discount City Carpets, we take our responsibility and obligation of having a clean and safe environment incredibly seriously. 

 

When purchasing floor covering, each of our stores maintain high levels of cleanliness and are required to follow the WHO guidelines. You can be rest assured our stores are safe as your home.

When it comes time for installation, our warehouse has three cutting floors with each one designated to one warehouse employee resulting in minimal contact. 

The Layers have minimal contact with staff at our warehouse and they have antibacterial wipes and are encouraged to wash their hands frequently. 

 

During installation there is minimal contact with the customer while the installer gets to work installing your new flooring, you can be out of the house or in another room while installation occurs.
